McDonald’s National Field Office Meeting (NFOM)

Each year, McDonald’s brings together its U.S. Field Offices to align on priorities, celebrate progress, and rally teams for the year ahead. In 2024, that gathering took shape as NFOM—a hybrid event with a nationwide virtual webcast and a series of local, in-person summits across the country. This year’s theme, “The Power of Us”, underscored the impact McDonald’s can make when teams across the country move as one.

I led the creative direction for NFOM, creating a visual identity that felt fresh and unique while still unmistakably McDonald’s. From concept to execution, I reimagined the brand across both digital and physical touchpoints—creating a cohesive system that united every field office under one banner.

The brand came to life on-screen during the national virtual session through an online registration, animated video segments and webcast design, and in-person at local summits through signage, nametags, and a customizable deck template.
